Who we are

This website is run by Global Eye Trials Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 09733813), registered office Littlehaven House, 24–26 Littlehaven Lane, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 4HT. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:

• your name, organisation and work email address
• whether you are a sponsor, CRO, clinical site or other
• the services you are interested in and the message you send us

Please do not include patient information or confidential study data in the form.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to discuss or provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Who we share it with

• Jotform provides our contact form and stores submissions on our behalf. Its form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which involves Google processing information about your visit.
• Microsoft provides our email, where enquiries are delivered.
• Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser's IP address is sent to Google when pages load.

Where any of these providers process data outside the UK, they do so under recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless they lead to a working relationship, in which case they are kept in line with our contract records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do so, send us a message through the contact form or write to us at our registered office. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded contact form, provided by Jotform, and its reCAPTCHA check may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the form to work and to prevent spam.
